I tried this a couple of years ago; it’s the least safe I’ve ever felt on Irish roads and I cycle regularly.

To the people saying it’s undemocratic that their preferred candidate didn’t get a nomination for president: local and national elections are and always have been an option for them. And arguably more effective than the role of president when it comes to deciding policy and affecting daily lives.
