My Blood Sugar Level Is Dangerous - 12/6/2024

Animation, football, motorsport, and more.
The autofocus keyed on the shoreline and gave it this kind of impressionist painted look #canont3i #ducks #photography

I know there are people who romanticize music and this magical outpouring of emotions and all, but in my experience, it is truly a shitty medium for that purpose, and that's why it will always be a part of my life.

It's as dead or alive as we want it to be,

but yes, to me, anything more comercial than bandcamp has landed on the other side of the shark

The problem isn't bots making an AI song chart, the problem is that people aren't listening to streaming anymore so the bots outnumber the people.

So Leo looking like a leftover Blues Brother checks out in the same way the NJ state troopers in Harold and Kumar are accurate according to my anecdotal experience

When I moved up there the first "surprise" was learning that "Illinois Nazis" are real

Although I see and even suggest reading as an antidote to anger-driven social media, social media learned the anger-driven thing from books.

It just means, choose carefully.

If the Jags hadn't lost/wasted the time out I was ready for the FG attempt to be pretty much anywhere
November 9, 2025 at 9:37 PM
I'm still getting over the midfield stripe being FG range

As an American just trying games out on an emulator I wondered that, because I played a lot of home computer games on black and white and green and amber monochrome, then I found a "shades of gray" palette in the emulator

I have a plan that would actually work but Republicans and Democrats alike won't like it because it is actual wealth distribution, not this pretend shit
November 9, 2025 at 12:30 AM
It wouldn't work if they tried anyway but I don't feel like writing out the math

Daughter asked why so many things we like come from Japan. I didn't know how to explain the post war and the tech bubble in a way she could quickly understand.

What I don't get is if his "threat" was "I will leave" they just threw the best opportunity under the bus

Maybe I'll try a thread instead of quote posting stuff !.....
Fixed the flashing egg and bouncing off ladders bugs - thankfully quite simple stuff....
Time for some proper level design, as some are just too damn hard/impossible (even without the DUCK !) πŸ™„

If you think bugs in NPC interactions are funny now

I think some of it is right there is what you said. It's okay to admit we don't have all of the answers.

Kids want to feel secure, if adults can be wrong about something so fundamental,... I ended up growing up with trouble trusting authority
November 7, 2025 at 12:54 AM
I'm glad for that in a way, my take is to explain exactly as much as they will understand.

Our kids' maturity level is a bit lower, the best I can do is relate it to something they saw in a movie or cartoon
November 7, 2025 at 12:31 AM
I'm not afraid to tell them it's complicated when you don't agree with the people in authority around you

Though right now they just treat it like we don't like the local football team

I got a manga volume of Touring After the Apocalypse from the library when I still had my old job, and I don't remember it depicting them singing on the motorcycle. You can't sing on a motorcycle, it's the one thing that's breaking the experience for me.
