Ive been low all weekend after spending a long day outside my comfort zone. I feel like crying would be good but don’t know why and honestly don’t have the energy to anyway. Hoping the routine of a regular workday tomorrow will help.

Putting this out here cuz it’s less scary than announcing elsewhere. I am toying with the idea of recording guided meditations for beginners. Looking for feedback on things people like and don’t like in guided meditations.
