Fascinating- I went to Brazil some time ago for just two weeks but stayed with a host family. It took several days for my accent to return to normal upon getting back!

I’m not convinced that the ‘complexity’ of a mixed effects model is a significant deterrent for use in single follow-up time point trials vs. baseline-adjusted GLM, especially when missing data are expected. Can anyone change my mind?
