To close the year we hold "Spar Wars" where students get to fight the black belts. Every time, every time, I break or jam a finger in this event not because an adult student throws something ferocious at me, but because I underestimate a child less than ten years old coming at me with tornado limbs.

It’s cool that the squirrels leap onto the windows and cling to the window screens and move around like Spider-Man. But it’s also not cool.

Hey @cpsc.gov - my oven tries to electrocute me when I turn the light off. Manufacturer says "out of warranty, not our problem" and that feels pretty crummy since this is a safety issue, not just a functional issue. Is that really how things work? youtu.be/UPENWbC6s2s

I have a new Saw franchise full of inescapable traps which strike fear in the hearts of Gen Alpha

-must write in cursive to survive
-have to tell time on an analog clock or you die
-can't use smartphone for one day or your pets explode
-tooth falls out every time you speak GenA slang

Marty's alarm clock from the beginning of BTTF is the famous Panasonic RC-6015. But that's a flip clock and I have a flip clock already, a really cool one. This RC-6215 is the digital successor to the 6015, far cheaper and more attainable, and has this cool ACCU-SET font, whatever ACCU-SET is.
