I’m sure racists don’t in their own mind see it as abuse as they feel so superior. That’s probably what makes them a proper racist/antisemite.

Then proper journalists need to come at him from multiple angles. A real grilling on Russia, why his party seems to attract traitors and why he was on Russia Today quite so much. And then also on his and his party’s finances. Did he profit from Brexit by shorting the Pound etc

Like the MAGA Christians that don’t follow any of the teachings of Jesus, but like it because it’s a nativist anti Islam stance. If Jesus was around today they would call him a woke socialist beta.

And then both he and his sister have channels on the media where they can spout their personal gripes and falsehoods. Why can’t that bloody family just piss off out of the public discourse. Self entitled twats. Worst UK PM in history and he has some stiff competition.

I think that is why is was so terrified during the early stages of the pandemic. It was because I knew Johnson was about the worst possible person to have in charge at the time. On a par with Trump.

Nathan Gill; A traitor who was at the very top of Reform UK, aiding and abetting Russian adversaries, has been sentenced today.

Reform UK should be ashamed. Britain deserves better.

Travellers returning could have been put in isolation hotels for 3 weeks, only locking down a few people rather than the whole population.Lorry drivers to and from the continent could have also been on double pay and also put up in hotels. We could have avoided lockdown completely if done right

Totally. We locked our family down almost 2 weeks beforehand. I bought my first facemask in January. How come I could work it out better than the UK government and the idiot Johnson. We also should have closed our borders to China immediately and totally in feb. Could have been like NZ or Aus.

Farage and his gang have always been traitors to the UK

US citizens might fancy moving to the UK or EU where this kind of strong customer protection is already standard. Along with tax funded healthcare, and other basics of a civilised country.

Fascist state.

The US is no ally of the UK anymore. The current US is a poison to the international community.

Labour should bring study of the Second World War and the fight against fascism right to the fore of all children’s education. Along with how to identify sources of information in the modern world. During Remembrance Day the fight against fascism should be highlighted as the reason we fought.

Fall of the Roman Empire analogies look pretty strong right now.

He needs to remove any reference to removing UK nuclear weapons, and this wishy washy NATO talk otherwise voting for the Greens is even more dangerous to the national interest than voting for Brexit.
October 29, 2025 at 4:55 PM
This all sounds like Putin’s wet dream. We left the EU and weakened ourselves thanks to Farage and UKIP and now people are seriously discussing weakening ourselves still further by leaving NATO and dumping nukes thanks to the Greens. Also what is the Green position on the UK, split that up as well?
October 28, 2025 at 10:20 PM
Isn’t he anti NATO and anti nuclear deterrent. Might have almost sounded like a credible argument after the end of the Cold War. Now sounds incredibly naive and dangerous.
October 28, 2025 at 4:54 PM
Well yes who knows what’s going to happen with that criminal in the White House. We need to wean ourselves off American military dependency and their tech in general. But it can’t be a cliff edge.

You do realise he isn’t Starmer’s mate. He is nobody’s mate. We are attempting to play a very difficult game with an incredibly petty and narcissistic president. I agree NATO is in dire trouble with Trump but he won’t be around for ever.
October 23, 2025 at 10:19 PM
I think Putin would potentially risk smaller scale nuclear attacks if he believed it wouldn’t kick off WW3 and say the UK or Europe in general were not covered by either their own or a NATO nuclear umbrella.I agree the US is now not a completely trustworthy ally and maybe NATO does morph into Europe
October 21, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Keeping the Soviets out of Western Europe for 40 odd years and winning the Cold War isn’t a bad record. The invasion of Iraq was not NATO. We do have full control, we just don’t maintain the missiles which yes is a massive flaw with Trump being in power. We need more independence from the US I agree
October 21, 2025 at 4:20 PM
Why is it Green Party policy to leave NATO (the most successful military alliance ever) and to unilaterally disarm our nuclear deterrent? Whilst Russia has nukes we would be insane to get rid of ours. I would only ever vote Green locally, with policies like the above.
October 21, 2025 at 4:12 PM
That is all true but the biggest question mark I have over the Greens is that they want to leave NATO (the most successful military alliance ever) which is very Trumpy and bin the nuclear deterrent. I’m afraid as long as Russia has thousands of nukes then we would be insane to get rid of ours.

I would have thought it would encourage people to go to big organised displays. Home fireworks are always a disappointment
