One of the most inspiring accessibility examples I came across last year came from Stendahls Bil, a Swedish car dealer. Simple idea, done well: help people know what to expect when buying a car.

I've been thinking about this post a lot today (related, my son got a detention for "not having his shirt tucked in") and the whole "seeing like a state" approach to rule-based and technocratically managed childhoods is so at odds with anything that will produce resilient, curious, confident adults

“Designing to include means making experiences that work for as many people as possible, without them having to adjust anything for it to meet their needs.”
