Seems appropriate that as midnight passes into #ValentinesDay, I’ve spent six straight hours watching the Godfather and Godfather II straight through.

The supermajority GOP legislature in Indiana got everyone in a tizzy over CRT. Even Republican teachers started accusing their coworkers of teaching it behind closed doors. Yeah, heaven forbid Kayden and Kayleigh learn that dear Paw Paw was a Klan member (had a lot of those in IN).

As I watch a QVC gardening show and think about buying Spring flowers when it’s 4 degrees here in MI, my thoughts turn to the #inauguration that I’m purposely avoiding, and remember that my two Labs need their monthly flea treatments.

Do I care about those “left in the cold” who made the pilgrimage to adore the Mango Messiah? Nah. I only care about high school bands, asked to be in the parade (they still do that, right?) who went through coordinating, fundraising and planning a once in a lifetime trip to a Pres Inauguration 1/1
