vi o post de um advogado sobre uma madrasta q foi obrigada a pagar pensão pros filhos do marido ele disse no regime de comunhão parcial de bens um pode responder pela dívida do outro sim não sabia disso

Cara, quando a gnt começa a advogar nessa área a gnt vê tanta coisa que NÃO deveria estar acontecendo simplesmente pq as pessoas não conhecem seus direitos. Isso aqui deveria ser obrigatório, sério!!
Por isso que antes de morar junto, fazer união estável ou casar vcs deviam consultar uma advogada especializada e fazer planejamento matrimonial. Eu explico as possibilidades e os riscos e organizamos a melhor estratégia para o casal.
