There's been no military movement. Any movement (especially 10,000 troops) would have set off alarms, there would be footage, pictures, satellite images, etc of it.

CNN and other networks in the US just keep spamming that old footage from Russia-Laos military exercises for 40+ days straight and claiming its DPRK soldiers getting supplied. I've seen it aired at least 15 times in the last week and that's just from the clips they post online.

Seems like something that would be pertinent (and easy) to capture if you want to prove soldiers are there...
