You can argue that elon banning users who hurt his feelings is not in "in good faith" so, under section 230, Twitter should no longer be exempt from being treated as a "publisher or speaker" therefore not immune for civil liability for everybody's tweets. Not a lawyer but this would end Twitter.

US public is worked on so that in two years we will get lend-lease to russia. In the autocrats vs democracies conflict the former are moving really fast.
