Cooking meals from scratch with whole ingredients enables schools to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and plant proteins into meals, which are less damaging to the environment.

This week, the MAHA Commission released its "Make Our Children Healthy Again Strategy," which provides recommendations to address chronic childhood diseases. And we're here to say that investing in school meals is the way to turn the tide.
