As I see. How Science has come to put forward stuff. The Standard Model. But it doesn't quite work. Some say it fails. I choose to see it says we haven't figured it all yet. and that fills me with wonder and excitement for the future. Who the Fuck knows?.. Isn't that comforting?

I think I've worked out why I hate toothpaste so much.. It's the flavors.. It's always so insipidly 'fresh'. Mint or mint or mint variations.. I hate mint so bad

Gargoyles had a solid fanbase when it was airing. But over thirty years later, its greatest legacy lies in it being proof that if you tell kids stories in a way that respects their ability to comprehend not only plot but sincere emotion, they'll embrace your work forever.
The "Gargoyles" animated series premiered on this day (Oct. 24) in 1994 with "Awakening, Part One!" One of the best and most influential shows of the 1990s, this fan-favorite cartoon offered-up mature and complex characters, incredible casting, and strong story-telling! #Gargoyles

There’s a free application, shutup10++, that lets you disable all the shitty windows stuff with a series of checkboxes.
It even tracks if windows rolls anything back between updates and lets you reverse the changes with a click.
I can personally recommend shutup10++ if you need to stick with windows

Intel's 386 processor was popular in late 1980s microcomputers. From the outside, the 386 chip is a boring ceramic square. But I obtained a 3-dimensional CT X-ray scan from Lumafield, revealing six layers of complex wiring hidden inside the ceramic package. Let's take a closer look... 1/N

I was out out the local market on Sunday, Looking for plants for my garden for spring. Saw a stall with tons of New Zealand aviation stuff.. Saw some NZ local train books too. Instant'y thought "Huh these would be appreciated maybe by @shepf.art " if US travel becomes safe again. Think I'll get them

Re watching flight of the navigator. and seeing the kid asking his dad about how to go talk to girls. And remembering what my dad said to me How are you supposed to talk to girls". he said "They're just people. Go talk, make friends". So much good advice packed into so few words.

SNW has Rhys Dharby in one of the episodes.. Generally I can't stand the guy. Yet somehow I find myself laughing so much I'm worried my flatmate might think I've gone quite quite mad

Ethan Peck's Spock is just so good. And Ortegaz is my favorite new to the franchise character. Strange New Worlds is just so good.

I just love Star Trek Strange New Worlds. I feel like a kid when I watch it. It also has tone changes that qre quite odd for a show these days. Body horror one week to goofy and silly the next. Yet it works so well.
