I was out out the local market on Sunday, Looking for plants for my garden for spring. Saw a stall with tons of New Zealand aviation stuff.. Saw some NZ local train books too. Instant'y thought "Huh these would be appreciated maybe by @shepf.art " if US travel becomes safe again. Think I'll get them

Re watching flight of the navigator. and seeing the kid asking his dad about how to go talk to girls. And remembering what my dad said to me How are you supposed to talk to girls". he said "They're just people. Go talk, make friends". So much good advice packed into so few words.

Ethan Peck's Spock is just so good. And Ortegaz is my favorite new to the franchise character. Strange New Worlds is just so good.

I just love Star Trek Strange New Worlds. I feel like a kid when I watch it. It also has tone changes that qre quite odd for a show these days. Body horror one week to goofy and silly the next. Yet it works so well.
