We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community... Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.

Honoring Mother Viola Fletcher, whose life reshaped how we speak about truth, justice, and memory. She carried nearly a century of history with dignity and made sure the world heard what happened in Tulsa. Her courage moved us, and her legacy will guide us forward.

Rest in power, Mother Fletcher.

Demsgiving was a blessing. Hearing Aaron Wilder share how Sisu Youth Services supports unhoused youth was powerful. Their commitment to young people who are often overlooked matters. Grateful to hear from the 2026 candidates. Support Sisu: secure.actblue.com/donate/dems-... @sisuyouthokc

Time with former State Rep. Kevin Cox always hits different. His honesty and wisdom push me to lead with clarity and conviction. Iron sharpens iron, and I’m grateful for a mentor who keeps me rooted in my values. Blessed for his mentorship and his friendship.

Today in Tulsa I stood on sacred ground and faced the truth of the Tulsa Race Massacre. Hatred tried to erase Black excellence, but resilience lives on. I carry this history and strength forward. From the ashes, Greenwood will rise again.

Honoring all who have served. Your sacrifice and commitment matter, both in uniform and in the lives you’ve shaped. Thank you to every veteran.

And to my dad, thank you for showing me what service rooted in love and community truly looks like. I carry your lessons with me every day.

Last night at Governors Gulch on Lake Eufaula felt like something real. Former governors, almost governors, and the next Governor Cyndi Munson in one space focused on where Oklahoma is headed.

We’re already building. Rest if you need to. We ride at first light. Onward to 2026.

Clara Luper moved this city forward with her voice, her courage, and her refusal to sit quietly.
I remember meeting her in high school. That fire stays with me.

November is Native American Heritage Month. Oklahoma is home to 39 sovereign nations whose history and leadership shape this state every day. We honor their stories, culture, and strength across generations.

I stand with our tribal nations and I honor their sovereignty. Always.

October is Physical Therapy Month.
We don’t just help people exercise. We rebuild lives and help people move through pain, fear, and doubt.
To my PT and PTA crew: your grit and heart show every day.
I’m glad to do this work with you. Happy PT Month.

Attended the final War on American Workers town hall last night. Working people hold this state together.

Labor is community and dignity.

Labor conquers all. Omnia Vincit Labor.

Grateful for our unions and every worker who stands up and speaks up. I’m with you.

At Rep. Ellyn Hefner’s re-election kickoff tonight. Ellyn is the kind of leader who actually listens, shows up, and gets work done. Oklahoma is better with her in that seat. Support her campaign: www.ellynhefner.com

🍎 Oklahoma families deserve access to food and support. With the government shutdown, many are struggling to make ends meet.

Local pantries are stepping up, but resources are tight. If you can, donate, volunteer, or share this post. Every bit helps. ❤️

The Tulsa Bye Bye Ry Ry event has been cancelled but don’t worry, Ryan Walters is still managing to embarrass himself without our help. Stay tuned for what’s next.

Attended the Saints Ball benefiting the SSM Health system tonight. It’s inspiring to see our community unite to support the Mission of St. Anthony—saving lives and bringing healing to those we serve. Grateful as a healthcare worker to witness the power of compassion and care

Attended Craig McVay’s campaign kickoff for State Superintendent. Oklahoma is ranked 50th in education and that should light a fire under all of us. Our kids deserve better, our teachers deserve support, and it’s time to focus on learning not politics. No BS, just ABCs and 123s!
