A burst water main on Richmond Hill on Sunday morning caused a rupture in the adjacent gas main, meaning water has entered the gas main. If residents in the area have any issues with their gas, they should contact Cadent Gas on 08003898000. @rtgreenparty.bsky.social

🤔 It's a real mystery why Richard Tice and Reform are going so big on the whole climate science denial thing...

💰 Oh wait, no it's not! They're in the pockets of big oil and gas companies!

🙉 Their denial of reality is straight out of the Donald Trump playbook.

Yes, we must crack down on the influence of big donors on our politics. @greenparty.org.uk is not funded by big donors anyway - let's level the playing field!

🌍 Chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall led a coalition of scientists, leaders and campaigners to deliver letters from every UK constituency to Keir Starmer—urging him to bring back the Climate and Nature Bill for a debate and vote.

I’m supporting the nationwide day of action calling on the richest to PAY UP.

In 2024, UK billionaires added £35 million per day to their wealth. Meanwhile, Brighton & Hove Council has an estimated funding gap of £17.2 million.

The money is there - time to tax it fairly.

The fiscal rules are a political choice.

Not taxing extreme wealth and windfall profits fairly is a political choice.

Spending cuts are a political choice.

A great view of the very well attended demo against Thames Water's crazy scheme to pump water from south west to east London and replace it with treated sewage. #stopthepump
