#PedsICU friends: advice needed! Thankfully I have never encountered this scenario, and I'm not sure what (if anything) to do other than wait... a journal asked me for a very small revision, after a quick (2-3 weeks) turnaround on a submission. It has been 4 months since re-submission. Crickets.
Me! I needed to hear this! I have a weekly to-do list in OneNote, and this week's carry over feels over half as long as it did on Monday.
Just shared this with my office team on a busy Friday that seems like it will never end. Great advice here, the micro-mindfulness pieces resonated with me.

5 years ago during a #PedsICU fellow productivity slump I started this annual award for motivation. Today I was happy to give the “SCCM Abstract Champion” award out during my final research showcase as research director at UF. Officially retired from clinical practice today, on to the next chapter!
