This is why you fight these cowards.

The moment you stand up to them, they crumble.

Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights.

He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

Automatically assuming that a heavily women and non-white workforce is less qualified — even to make coffee — is definitionally racist and sexist. But further, it never occurred to him that the racial/gender make up is because most jobs at Starbucks pay low wages? Let’s see data on management!
Missouri's AG Andrew Bailey is suing Starbucks, arguing that its workforce is too "female" and "non-white" and as a result Missouri consumers “pay higher prices and wait longer for goods and services" because its workforce is "less qualified"

This is a brazenly racist and sexist lawsuit.

I’m proud to say I’ve gotten better at networking and meeting new people. The next challenge is working through my overwhelm of contacting so many people. I actively avoid my DMs because of how many follow-up convos than need to be had/scheduled. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 any advice?? I’m all ears.
