After 8 years on anti-psychotics I am finally off them. It was a hard, and long and tiring fight.
brown and black people are often overmedicated and seen as dangerous- I was one of them.
I have CPTSD, and I’m finally healing the damage the system has caused me.
I’m ok, and I’m here & loved.
