Day 1 non dairy went pretty well. Got home and organized the snack cabinet and surprisingly only had to pull out a few things that have dairy in them.
Those few items will go into work with me tomorrow, cause I know my coworkers will snatch it all up 🤣

Got home, ate cheese stick, now hives making the back of my hand all itchy and bumpy.
So yeah...Im gonna definitely try a few non dairy weeks.
Everyone on my birth dad's side of the family is lactose intolerant anyway, so I've never been good with dairy. 🤣

I've a regular doctor appt next month so I guess I'll ask her then about it.
I just hope they can eyeball the red patches & know what's up, cause Im not interested in trying a bazillion different things. No money for it😕
