Who would review the harm and then constitutionality of Congress abolishing lower federal courts based on Good Behavior of the judges? I suspect the Supreme Court could restrict judicial power but if the sole reason is to limit national injunctions, then what? Is congress overstepping?

My list of potential reforms is starting with outlawing cronyism. Think it’s an accurate characterization?

I didn’t realize it was 50 years ago. I would have never guessed it possible. Nixon knew he was wrong, on some level had a respect for law and the institutions of government. Our President-elect? Not so much. visit.archives.gov/whats-on/exp...
