The annual homelessness data has been published: www.gov.wales/homelessness... it shows a 2% decrease in households being made homeless and a 3% reduction in temporary accommodation use both welcome reductions

Yet we are still not building the homes we need to end our housing emergency.

We welcome the publication of Homelessness and Social Housing Allocation (Wales) Bill. and its proposed wide reaching changes to homelessness legislation in Wales. Adequate resources are needed to ensure homelessness in Wales is rare brief and unrepeated.

Does your home have a Radio Teleswitch electricity meter?
From June, the signal that controls these meters is being switched off. Some homes could be left without heating or hot water.
So, if you have been contacted about getting a new meter, don’t delay, contact them today!
