Oh, so I’ve redone my yearly writing goal. Was feeling a bit overwhelmed with my original goal of 350,000 words. Dropped it down to 200,000. If I get this job, time and energy for writing is going to tank hard. That said, I’m at 23k words so far this year! Good progress I say!

I’m actually surprised at how fun drawing ruffles was. Was watching @drawfeeshow.com where rhey made magical girl OCs and I had to try out their technique for drawing ruffles. Didnt quite nail it but it was fun

Bad writers block bad this morning for my main projects. Decided to just write a stupid magical girl story instead called Pink Frills of Justice about a character who might be too hyped about becoming a magical girl. Aaaannnnd it was so fun I’m drawing a cover now

I kind of remember this. My dad worked in the butrovich building at the time.
April 1992, hundreds of UAF students protested school disrepair, budget cuts by legislature/Gov Wally Hickel, & tuition increases by UA Board of Regents. Students burned an effigy of Hickel & seized Butrovich Building for a sleep-in. #alaskahistory #alaska
