This is straight up one of the best games I've ever played and easily stands among the pantheon of the best JRPGS
Fantastic story, characters, OST, Gameplay and style
Its one of those very special games that doesn't come around often but leaves such a huge impact.

2025 Game Review Thread!
Very excited to start this as I have just finished my first game of 2025 and its a big one
I'm going to try to limit myself to the characters given to me in a post but that does mean I won't get to go in too much depth and it will be hard for some games

I love Final Fantasy XVI. I love Clive. I love Ben Starr. I love the side quests. I know that's an unpopular opinion, but I'd take those over side quests that contain no world building or lore. I love the big spectacle boss battles, the characters, the music, the world. 🖤
