On Sunday at 3:55 a.m. the NWS Fort Worth TX released a flood watch valid from 6 p.m. until Monday 6 p.m. The watch is for Wise, Denton, Collin, Parker, Tarrant, Dallas, Montague, Cooke, Grayson, Fannin, Lamar, Young, Jack, Hunt, Delta, Hopkins, Stephens, Palo Pinto, Rockwall, Rains and Eastland counties.
