Don’t let them take your peace, baby.

Focus on your intentions.
Stay mindful with your actions.

You can only take so much negativity. It’s ok to turn it off & take a break from social media.

I get it, you want to stay informed; but protecting your mental health needs to come first. 🫶🏼

Yellowstone is gorgeous, even in the “off” season. Hoping to revisit later in the year and explore the other half that wasn’t open this time around. If you live close to a national park, check it out! Annual passes are a great investment if you live near multiple! #yellowstone #protecttheparks

Your library probably partners with some very rad apps (like Hoopla and Kanopy), so you don’t even need to leave your house to support your library 📚 Support your community’s resources!
I'm at the library and I love it. You should go to the library.

“The ones banning books are never the good guys”
My kids love receiving their books every month. Shame on them for banning such a wonderful program.
🚨🚨🚨
PSA- Gov. Braun has banned the distribution of the Imagination Station books in Indiana.

For those who do not know, Imagination Station is a program started by Dolly Parton which provides a free book each month to children from 0-5.

A reminder that fiction — books, film, games, what have you — is always political. The willful absence of “politics” in any work is itself a political choice and a political act. Who gets to tell (and sell) stories is political. It might be an undercurrent — covert, not overt. But it’s there.
