When I had a sleep study where they gooped me all up, I had a spray leave in conditioner that I had used after it in the morning to slip it all out. Obviously had to wash my hair when I got home but it helps a lot!

Oh as a note, if I'm streaming editing, I don't count it towards the streaming category because you don't want to double time that doesn't exist. It's more important for me to know how long I spent "editing"

Looks like I skipped showing last months breakdown due to all the holiday stuff/going over year review.
Technically I think this is most I've "worked" since I started tracking, but I really wad just messing around in Obsidian a lot (the opposite of what you should do in it lol)
