Economic development professional, charity trustee, Shrewsbury (‘til I die), GB ultra runner and still wondering what to do with that sitcom script…
It was just like when Panorama put together a clip from two different parts of a speech by Alan Carr. In the first one he said "I am" and in the second one "a gay man", thereby totally misrepresenting him.

I'd have been more shocked to see Panorama edit a clip in which Trump appeared to speak coherently.

Bloke goes on reality tv programme which then qualifies him to return on the celebrity version. Television is eating itself.

I just read that Trump is developing the White House in his own image. I assume the new ballroom is in the shape of a massive gut and that he'll be painting it orange.

At least by taking the name Mountbatten, he won’t be associated with any paedoph… oh

If I were the local MP, addressing the issues that make Jaywick the most deprived locality in the country would be my number one mission. But then we don't all have the same priorities, do we?

Nigel Farage ‘sad’ as Clacton area remains most deprived neighbourhood

All of this media attention on a tiny, technical, inadvertent and inconsequential oversight, and none at all on the circumstances of the purchase of Farage’s constituency house. It’s almost as if there’s some sort of agenda.

A survey now suggests that Nigel Farage is the country's preferred candidate to be PM. We might just as well have had research indicate that the people's loo roll of choice is made of sandpaper. Coated in Deep Heat.

Whichever party they're working for, these highfalutin political strategists appear to be so far up their own fundament that they can't see what's going on in the world outside. And appear to care even less.

And now Prince Andrew's banner, bearing his coat of arms, has been removed from St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. Must his suffering go on...?

Hats off to @SouthShieldsFC for the best ticket-buying experience I can remember. Easy, quick and charging away fans a fair price. #salop #FACup

How patriotic is it to live in Spain, courtesy of an Irish passport, whilst accepting money from super rich Americans?

Of course, if you can't get the Palestinians out by force, you can always re-develop and price them out.

That was less a peace summit and more the world’s biggest ego trip/family grifting opportunity.

Trump was hot favourite for the Nobel Peace Prize, but then the Committee reduced his chances by 500%.

I'm in the early stages of planning an overly-ambitious charity fundraiser and could do with some help. Do any of you lovely people have good contacts in:
- LNER/Lumo/Grand Central?
- Premier Inn/Travelodge?
- Companies supplying running shoes?

This will get you into heaven.

So, how soon after the Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded (whoever gets it) will Trump's enthusiasm for peace in Gaza last?

I see that the response to Gary Neville's recent video entirely justifies the points made in Gary Neville's recent video.
