Can you help an old man with food, water, a bed or your company? (Not generally, I mean me.) In late April/early May 2026 I’ll be spending 12 days trying to run 1,000km from the Thames to the Tyne along NCN Route 1 (a rather longer but very much safer route than the M1/A1).
Oh bad luck BBC! There you are coming live from Downing Street in the hope and expectation that the PM would have resigned by now but, as it is, you're left trying desperately to further ramp up the speculation. Ah well, never mind.
