This scene wouldn't look so horrifically bad if they had committed to an idea of Mitsume's face not moving when she talks. But instead her body actress is saying the lines, but they don't even slightly line up to the lines. So it just looks awful.

I think the main thing that's going to make Project R.E.D. feel different from Sentai (or at least I hope) is that they'll focus more on developing the characters and their interactions by making the show less episodic.
