Jose Barco is back in Colorado after being on a three-month deportation merry-go-round. During that time, Venezuela turned him away. Since then, an immigration attorney filed a motion to bring his case before a judge for reconsideration.

Lawyers are scrambling to get some kind of relief for anti-immigration activist Jeanette Vizgeurra who was swarmed by ICE in the Target parking lot where she worked & brought to the detention center in Aurora. Lots of confusion out here as even her daughters are not sure what is happening inside.
