Lady Charlotte Shreiber was a woman who subverted gendered norms and challenged Victorian conventions, Schreiber made major contributions to ceramic history and cultural education, and played an influential role in transnational artistic networks.

Tales of heroic knights, love, dragon fights & giants…no this isn’t Game of Thrones, it’s the Mabinogion! A collection of Welsh medieval tales- It’s thanks to the remarkable antiquarian & collector Lady Charlotte Guest (later Schreiber) that these stories were rediscovered & translated in the 1830s
