Such a beautiful paper and thread from @obenaufa.bsky.social showing how monocytes can restimulate intratumoural CD8s via MHC-I cross-dressing, and how suppression of PGE2 through COX2 inhibition can remodel myeloid cells in the TME and enhance T cell control of tumour growth.
