people have recently bullied me for not having a criminal record ("too soft"). and i want to remind literally anyone, that it is 100% way better to be a softie than to have committed violent crimes against innocent people... being bullied for not doing so is ass backwards... like wtaf is going on

i used to agree with + still understand the point of not correcting others' grammar/spelling because it can be ableist. & with typos, who cares. but the illiteracy crisis, paired with the rise of anti-intellectualism + favor of AI... a LOT of people are illiterate now & that is VERY BAD ACTUALLY
