If your asking for my thoughts, they will now cost $1.
We've had some great times together.... especially buying candy 🥹

Rest easy, penny....

I’ll never forget working and organizing for a $10 livable wage in 2002. The fact that the federal minimum wage is still $7.25 more than 20 years later is so disheartening
69% of Americans support raising the federal minimum wage to $15/hr, according to YouGov.

I have some work drawer earrings for the days when I forgot to put some on before I leave the house. I’m just now realizing I’m wearing a pair of desk earrings in my house. I just messed up my own filing system

For the current & future school board & city council members here: this is why playgrounds & parks are important.

Remember little kids falling out of their seats at school? Not enough play.

Humans need food and play all through primary school and beyond. Kids need it even to be able to school.
We actually don't talk enough about how children's neurodevelopment is a requirement for readiness to learn, particularly for math 🥰 and reading 🙌🏾.

It looks like hanging/hand walking the bars at the park, swinging, and Miss Mary Mack! Big body and cross-body movements. Patterns.

Bringing out the modesty sheet made me snort. They knew that damned robot wasn’t ready for the stage. All of these compiles are so pressed to show us that they’re lying to us

This just made me so angry. I think I might have just lost vision for a moment. Omg, I’m so glad I made my son join my book reading circle…what in the hell
this is an insane justification for this theory! what a devaluation of language

I am genuinely shocked to learn that there are crouton haters out here! Y’all are telling me you don’t intentionally buy them to put on your salads at home???

Next thing I know, I’ll find out that y’all don’t have jars of olives in the refrigerator. Smh.
My thing is, who is out here eating hard mini garlic bread (croutons) 😳

Y’all, I had this tickle in my throat for a few days. I’m wearing a mask at work & carrying around my portable air purifier so no one else gets sick. I just had THE WORST coughing fit in front of a group. Thank goodness for this mask. I’m going home though, no need for other people to be exposed

They banned it at my middle school and anyone caught selling them was suspended…but I make my own and hid it in my backpack. Had to only do it with watermelon flavor so it wouldn’t stain your lips and tongue. This does sound very crack-ish

My maternal granddaddy grew up in Ypsi and I would hate to see this place turn into an AI datacenter wasteland. It’s a beautiful and picturesque little town

I am a cry in the moment and “let me schedule this for Wednesday at 8 PM” kind of person. If I’m too busy to cry, I’ll schedule the time to get the emotion out of my body
Are you the ‘cry straight away’ type?

the ‘smile and laugh until you just can’t anymore , then you cry out of nowhere’ type?…

Or the ‘feels nothing until you just cry one day’ type?

Lies to try to get folks to spend don’t fall for it give out hugs and high fives. We can’t control much but we damn for sure can control how, when & where we spend OUR money.

My son is using my skincare and hair products, wearing my satin lined hat, eating all the quality snacks…is this what a 360 deal feels like? Anyway, got more salicylic acid

I’m simmering some green tomato sauce, and I like the flavor profile. I added garlic and chives that I’d frozen from the garden, plus the bell peppers and jalapeños I picked yesterday. Thanks @luvrunr.bsky.social for the tip. I’ll cook this down for a few hours and then freeze it for future use

That man walks around in the world dressed as an imaginary friend
Cam Newton has on a bow tie, jersey, big ass hiding my hairline hat, and overalls at the same time. The fit is nasty, obviously, but you can’t hate on the amount of idgaf it takes to wear that shit.

Trying to sell me a product that’s giving people asthma, inducing suicidal ideation, and using up all the water, but can’t do math and does not know how many r’s are in “blueberry” for the low low price of MY tax money? Do I have that right? What happened to the money your investors gave you?
