If you’re feeling stuck, take action. Any productive action. It doesn't matter what you do, just do something. Getting that small momentum is a great way to break free and move towards what you truly want to work on.

As a senior, take ownership. You'll get a plan or goal but must refine it, engage stakeholders, and create a team roadmap. Be independent and deliver on what was discussed. In many cases, the “how” is up to you and your team.

Which is the most constructive feedback you have received from an interview process?
In my case, it was a 30 minute call going over the technical elements I missed to reach the senior role and idea how to improve them. Also, some useful soft-skill tips and recommendations.

Advice for job seekers: if you have a specific role in mind, reverse-engineer it, understand the expected skills and technologies. Work backward to plan what you need to learn and how to do it.

For those experienced in going to conferences, how do you get the most out of it? I have always enjoyed the panels and presentations, but the networking, specially at big conferences, has always felt very fake. I must be missing something.

Can anyone compare Copilot vs Cursor based on own experience?

I looked into AI code reviews but don't fully get the idea. They seem like advanced static analysis, which is nice. However, without clear specs and tests, how can LLMs truly know if code works as intended? Have you used them? What am I missing?
