Monken seems to make the most sense, if he doesn't follow Harbaugh to his next destination. The Eagles should move a light speed to try to get him, and let him control the entire offensive side of the ball.

This will be an issue each year with Sirianni. Regardless of who they bring in at OC, they will always be in danger of losing him and having to hire a new guy. Perhaps having an offensive-minded HC who can't design an effective offense or solve issues isn't the best approach? Perhaps move on NS??
