The thing that does not get talked about enough in the "go get checked" convo is the lack of access to care. By and large Black people have less access to medical care, Black people are more likely to be medically uninsured or underinsured. There are less health care providers in Black neighborhoods

Being better able to understand and define my feelings so that when I am experiencing moments of stress and anxiety, I don’t break because I’m overwhelmed. I can name what I’m experiencing and then move past it through breath work, etc..
What y'all working on in therapy? Curious minds wanna know.
