Revenge prosecutions are about payback, like payback against elected officials who obtained articles of impeachment against you.

The method Senate Rs used to enact deficits in OBBBA could be used to release the Epstein files in reconciliation.

Have the presiding officer assert there’s no point of order, and have 51 votes sustain the ruling of the chair.

Bonus points if you hide from the parls before to avoid her guidance.

something I find very telling is the attitude among normie dems these days

in Trump 1.0, the Times was the center of the “resistance” - often fueling with the Post for what felt like daily scoops

in Trump 2.0, the paper’s disinterest in actual adversarial reporting is noticeable and people are mad
I think there are a number of people employed at the New York Times -- certainly not all of them, but many! -- who simply do not grasp how badly the paper's credibility has been shaken over the past few years, along several different axes, and for multiple different reasons

Fox Propaganda thinks we are idiots, who have no idea who jacked up tariffs on Brazil that made COFFEE prices go up in the first place. Or who eliminated EV incentives that will cause gasoline demand (and therefore prices) to go up.

My expectation is that Todd Blanche is currently the subject of a multi pronged ethics investigation that is likely to lead to bar disciplinary action. He conduct here violates multiple provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility, but it is likely not sufficient for disbarment.

Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."
