We're back in court at Haverfordwest for the second day's hearing on our judicial review against Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's decision to permit an outdoor adventure centre nr Ceibwr Bay, which we argue breached the Habitats Regs. Fab local support from @cadwceibwr.bsky.social

A second day in court today with @wildjustice.bsky.social so grateful for the opportunity to try to give Ceibwr bay the proper protections to save the birds and seals that call this special place home.

Coasteering in appropriate places fine. BUT what if the route taken crosses private land without permission and is too close to breeding oystercatchers. Thanks to Pembrokeshire Coastal forum for sharing disturbance sounds on Monday, today’s video tells its own story.

Not sure why National Trust doesn’t answer specific questions regarding Ceibwr Bay protections for Nature ?
It isn’t a sensitive issue it’s a
matter of Nature and
Protecting special places for the future forever .
Hello @nationaltrust.org.uk our community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social wrote to ask you not to allow coasteering access across your land. You said Coasteering is valid if done in an appropriate way. We say coasteering on nesting and pupping sites isn't appropriate. What does @rspbcymru.bsky.social say?

What’s going on @nationaltrust.org.uk ?
Trespass, breach of Pembrokeshire Marine Code, disturbing wildlife, breaching concordat, abuse to community allowed from your land. Again. Again. Again. As a landowner you have a legal responsibility to protect this SSSI and triple SAC. Again no enforcement.

Hello @nationaltrust.org.uk
Why are you allowing coasteering in a restricted nesting area & trespass to private land from your land. The community @cadwceibwr.bsky.social is fed up with wildlife disturbance and no enforcement.

For making the right decision to restrict coasteering on Anglesey Let’s hope @nationaltrust.bsky.social does the same at Ceibwr where there have been confirmed wildlife disturbances

To step up. Adjoining landowners say no to coasteering &recognise the damage. But NT allow it.

We travelled to Cardiff to hear the renewal hearing. Some members of @cadwceibwr.bsky.social joined and the wildlife came too 🦭
