Our landlord sold the house we're living in, so we have to be out by Dec 1. 😭
GOOD NEWS: we bought a house!! 🏡💙
Not-so-great news: it's a fixer upper but it’s not ready/livable yet. So we’ll be in a [tiny] temp home for a few months while work finishes.
Fins crossed it goes smoothly!

The Jane Goodall Institute of Canada has learned this morning, Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, that Dr. Jane Goodall DBE, UN Messenger of Peace and Founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, has passed away due to natural causes.

To put it bluntly, this is a fucking disaster. For consumers, for small businesses and artists, for everybody. The US is cutting ourselves off from the rest of the world and for what?? Even if this gets sorted out or walked back, it’s going to cause a major disruption.
