I’m not saying an ADHD relationship hack is to have a partner with kids… but that definitely brings a higher tolerance for mess, emotional fluctuation and overall more PATIENCE.

So many people look at relationships as something to defend. I always wonder:
Why are we creating barriers to stop our partners from temptation? Why not trust them to honor their commitment?
If they fail the test of monogamy, then that tells you what you need to know.
