It's one thing to falsely accuse someone, but fake the evidence?
Absolutely insane, whoever ran that sock puppet deserves the steel chair so hard, they get knocked into the deepest pits of the naughtly list and get nothing for christmas, even coal is too good for them.

I got curious and checked out the extra finger. Pretty damning evidence it was edited in by the sock puppet to make the picture look like AI after the fact.
