The way they make Marvel characters move like shonen/tokusatsu heroes in MvC is far more exciting to me than trying to "animefy" their designs. Exaggerated motion is so important to creating that feel

Yeah it feels like there's always some sort of "Anime Marvel" project brewing at any given time but it's properly breaching mainstream now

There is a lot of anime flavor put into how they move and fight but on a pure visual level they're pretty much just themselves.
A lot of characters are still pretty heavily redesigned but they're usually stripped down rather than made more ornate like smth like Tokon would do
