Starmer is talking about a deal with the US, I sincerely hope he does not sell out the UK on this.
The UK buys more than it sells to the US, so can't we just focus on markets that treat other countries fairly? I suspect the people will support a tougher stance against the orange bully.

It seems this confusion over what tariffs are used for is like a virus.
They are not intended to balance a trade deficit! If a country wants to sell stuff to another country, make stuff for that country at a competitive price.
Tariffs are there to balance the playing field, such as cost of labour.

(Exports - Imports) / imports?
So if you export 1500 and import 2000, a deficit, you get:
(1500 - 2000) / 2000 >> -500 / 2000, which is -25%.

To me, phones are for messaging, calls and apps. Just got a new phone, as my old one’s battery was in bad shape. My new phone might have new features, but honestly - it’s basically the same.

Interesting how YouTubers are calling Honey a scam (they claim a scam due to their affiliate codes being swapped out). But they’ve been promoting software VPN’s for years; a massively misleading safety rhetoric which I would call a scam.

Pantone releases its colour of the year and it triggers a thought; I passionately don’t care (I know). I know that many are living in an analogy of the hunger games (both ends), but I’d rather folks get health care, food and education than having the latest ultimate colour.

We might be sore, feel the ‘bad guy’ won; angry at the democrats, the mocking social media.
It tells me one thing: USA needs a wake up. Get rid of dark money, the tricks, the double standard, the two wrongs that make a right … because it doesn’t.
