Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

Once Chat Control becomes a implemented law, it will open the doors to even more online surveillance tools and laws!
With all the censorship happening in other Countries, censorship will make its way into the EU as well where we WILL be required to leak our IDs to access simple online material.
