I've been a "barista" off & on for the last 10 yrs (not SB). I literally cannot fathom why they want to unionize for a coffee shop job. Granted the "real" job market is loaded w lies and Ai, I don't rec staying in a job like this beyond 5 years. SB doesn't care about you, just leave guys!
