Buffer has a 4-day workweek & a flexible time off policy. 🌴 No set limits, just take the time you need to rest and recharge. But how does that work in a customer support team that covers 7 days/ week, across multiple time zones, & never really “closes”? 🌍

We’ve been reworking the main way our customers share feedback in Buffer: our in-app feedback widget.

The old version did the job, but it was limited and hard for our team to review and follow up on.

We wanted to make it even easier for customers to share feedback, and now they can!

Buffer now offers a 50 percent discount for public libraries! 🥳

Libraries have always been in the business of access: access to knowledge, ideas, connection, and community. So when we realized public libraries weren’t eligible for our nonprofit discount, it didn’t sit right with us. 💙

For almost a year, Sr Software Engineer @ Buffer, Arek Panek lived inside one of the most stubborn product mysteries at Buffer: posts getting “stuck in processing.”

A tiny percentage of updates that were neither sent nor errored. Just stuck.

This became his North Star, & he refused to let it go!
