Another #Sourdough Boule this morning. Throughout the holiday season (starting today) I am going to try to have a Sourdough loaf ready to go in the oven. Although I still prefer 24-36 hours for orders, it means that most times I can have a boule baked in a little over two hours. #GoBills

"007" is a code for a level of secret agent. James Bond is the name this agent uses in the "real" world. It's not sports, they didn't retire "James Bond". There's no "007" hanging in the rafters at MI-6.
I do not like Bond movies or have any interest in Bond drama, but it IS very funny that this character has been played by like, half a dozen different guys over more than half a century and everyone's accepted that, but rebooting him from the dead has somehow stumped the writers.

Haven't made these in a while. Sourdough Salsa Bread. These are a small sandwich loaf (size of a store-bought raisin bread) with a healthy portion of a mild salsa mixed in. They smell and taste great. $6 each.

This morning's baking. Left is a Sourdough Boule for a regular customer. Done in an oval banneton that makes it ideal for slicing for sandwiches. On the right is a Sourdough Wheat Boule. Classic recipe with about 20% wheat flour in the mix. Gives it a little more chew and a slightly nutty flavor.

Unfortunately, the demolition of the historic portion of the White House cannot be undone, but DEMS need to formulate a plan for repurposing this monstrosity "for the people" once they're back in control. It cannot be allowed to stand as a monument to ego for eternity.

Small Sourdough Pumpkin Bread Boules. $4 each or 3 for $10. These are not a sweet banana bread style loaf. Not cakey, great bread texture. Would make a great alternative to dinner rolls at your main meal. About the size of a softball.

This is my Sourdough Dark Seeded Rye. These loaves are just shy of 24oz and feature a carob molasses base that give them both the dark color and an almost pumpernickel taste.
I'll eventually have to start charging more, but for now they remain $8 each.
