My world has been upheaved, but I’m doing what I can to get back on track and help me focus on moving forward. Doing something daily, even if just the half hour on the treadmill today. Little things like this help me focus on what I CAN control instead of going out of my mind on things I CAN’T.

First work out at my new complex under my belt. Not a full gym replacement, but it’ll certainly do. Between moving and feeling in the dumps at having to move, I haven’t been getting work outs in, plus emotionally eating. Looking forward to that changing.
