Did you know pesticides are a substantial source of PFAS? Nearly 1/4th of all US conventional pesticide active ingredients were organofluorines & 14% were PFAS, and for active ingredients approved in the last 10 years, increased to 61% organofluorines and 30% PFAS. ehp.niehs.nih.gov/doi/10.1289/...

Amazing news 🎉: After decades of advocacy, the USFWS today proposed to protect #monarchbutterflies as threatened under the Endangered Species Act.

The once-common orange-and-black butterflies have declined by 90% in recent decades.
