in recent years I've been trying to open up about myself more... not just to others but myself too.
I've spent so long keeping aspects of myself locked up in fear of rejection. i end up making some sort of "personality" that attempts to appease everyone, but doing so leads me to live a fake life.

I think what I wanna focus on the most this coming year is trying to be more open about myself and my interests. My anxiety has been building up the past few years and I wanna try and reverse course on that. I already have a few ideas I wanna try out next year
